6zkk Terms & Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

Welcome to 6zkk. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the registered player ("you" or "Player"), and 6zkk ("we", "us", or "the Platform"). The Terms govern your access to and use of 6zkk, including all games, sports betting markets, account services, and payment processes available through this website and any associated mobile application.

Processing times for withdrawals may vary depending on the selected payment method. 6zkk reserves the right to apply additional verification checks for large withdrawal amounts.

6zkk is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or payment provider, nor for transactions submitted with incorrect payment details.

All bets and game participation on 6zkk are governed by the rules specific to each product — sports betting, slot games, eBingo, fish games, and any other categories available on the platform. Product-specific rules are displayed within each section and form part of these Terms.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it is binding. Bets cannot be cancelled by the player after acceptance except in specific circumstances provided for by product rules — for example, if an event is cancelled or suspended before it has progressed sufficiently for settled markets to stand.

In the event of a clear and obvious technical error that results in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed, 6zkk reserves the right to void affected bets and games. Any winnings resulting from an evident system error may be withheld or reversed.

Players must use only legally obtained funds for gaming activity. Participation in games using funds connected to illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

The following activities are prohibited on 6zkk and constitute a breach of these Terms:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes

• Opening or operating accounts on behalf of a third party without explicit written permission from 6zkk
• Making false statements or submitting fraudulent documentation during registration or KYC
• Abusing any bonus, promotional offer, or incentive in a manner that does not reflect genuine gaming participation

Where prohibited conduct is identified, 6zkk will take appropriate action including account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.

6zkk provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain platform stability and uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any part of the service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

6zkk shall not be liable for any losses — including financial losses from gaming or betting activity — that result from platform downtime, errors in game display, connectivity issues on the player's side, or any other technical event outside of our direct control.

Gambling and sports betting carry inherent financial risk. Outcomes are not guaranteed. 6zkk does not represent, warrant, or imply that any particular strategy, system, or approach to gaming or betting will result in profit. Players participate at their own financial risk.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability in cases of fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct on the part of 6zkk.

6zkk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred or where continued account access presents a risk to the platform or other players.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Where a closure request is made, any remaining balance that has cleared all applicable requirements will be returned to the player through their verified payment method.

Accounts suspended or closed for breach of these Terms may have associated balances withheld pending investigation. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in their entirety.
